D50 has parented with Final Forms, an online forms and data management service. Final Forms allows you to complete complete a variety of forms and have access to your students information. It saves you time!
Student Registration

Once on the site, click "New Account" under "Parent" to create an account. You will need access to your email once you create your parent account. If your child is a "returning student", please scroll down for more information. You do not need to create a new account.
Returning Students
