PTO: Parent Teacher Organization Home
PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization. It is a school-based group made up of parents, guardians, teachers, and staff who work together to make our school an even better place for our Wildcats! 🐾 Through fundraising, school events, volunteering, and community involvement, our PTO helps create meaningful experiences and opportunities for our students. But a strong PTO does so much more than raise money. It helps shape the culture of our school! ❤️
✨ Here are just a few ways a strong PTO makes a difference:
📚 More Resources for Our School — Providing additional materials, supplies, and opportunities for students.
🤝 Connected Families — Helping parents and guardians feel welcomed, involved, and connected to our school community.
🎓 Student Success — Creating opportunities and experiences that enrich learning and encourage students to thrive.
🍎 Supported Teachers — Showing appreciation for our educators and helping provide resources that support their classrooms.
🏡 A Stronger Community — Bringing families, staff, and community members together with a shared purpose.
At Rice Elementary, we believe it takes a team to help our Wildcats grow and succeed! 🐾 Every volunteer, every helping hand, and every family that gets involved makes a difference. Together, we can make Rice an even better place to learn, grow, and thrive!
