As Rice Elementary's School Support Facilitator (SSF), my goal is to partner with students, families, and staff to help every child succeed. I work collaboratively to address concerns related to attendance, academics, behavior, health, and communication while connecting families with resources and support when needed.
- provide case management and support services for all students and families
- home-to-school liaison (helping establish partnerships between home and school)
- monitor attendance and truancy
- complete outside agency referrals
- help identify community resources to support the needs of students and families.
- provide small group support services for students as needed
- Weekend Snack Bag Coordinator
- McKinney-Vento Program Coordinator
